G’s team only had 6 players for this premier tournament near Cincy. The first game on Friday night was rough for the team but G had 11 points and 12 rebounds, as well as a few blocks and steals. After losing that first night, the team won their next three games. G had two double doubles in four games and was solid in each effort. She went 9/10 from the charity stripe and was a beast on defense, clogging up the middle without picking up fouls. Coaches and recruiters were watching some of her games and she showed up.
